More than 12 lakhs students appear in JEE (main + Adv)/ NEET Entrance test every year. The Success rate in JEE (Adv.) is only 1.33 percent as well as in NEET is only 3.23 Percent. JEE (Adv.) / NEET both entrance tests are considered as the most difficult entrance test globally.

So my simple advice to JEE (Adv. + Main)/NEET aspirants is "Path is the goal, nothing ponder about the goal, Put your best effort every day, that’s the only GOAL". Spare no effort, work hard and make sure your everyday effort is the best effort.
